Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of tubinlaypros.com and to repair services provided by Tub Inlay Pros. By using the site or booking a repair, you agree to them.

1. Estimates & quotes

• Estimates given from photos or descriptions are good-faith approximations. Your final, fixed quote is confirmed before work begins.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• There is no fee or obligation for requesting an estimate.

2. Scheduling & access

• You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.
• If we discover materially different conditions on site (for example, hidden damage beyond what was described), we will explain the difference and confirm a revised price with you before proceeding. You may decline at no charge.

3. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of the installation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept the payment methods listed on your quote.

4. Cure time & care

The repaired tub must stay dry and unused for 24 hours after installation while the adhesive cures. Using the tub earlier can compromise the bond and may void the warranty. Clean the inlay with non-abrasive, non-solvent cleaners.

5. Warranty

Every professional installation is backed by our 1-Year Repair Warranty: if the repair fails within one year of installation, we reimburse what you paid, under the conditions described on the warranty page.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the repair. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions outside the repaired area, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Website use

• Site content is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
• You may not scrape, copy, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
