1-Year Repair Warranty
Simple terms: if your inlay repair fails within one year of installation, we reimburse what you paid. No fine-print gymnastics.
Effective date: August 4, 2026
The short version: every professional installation by Tub Inlay Pros is covered for one (1) year from the installation date. If the repair fails during that period, we will refund the full amount you paid for the repair.
1. What this warranty covers
This warranty applies to inlay repairs installed by Tub Inlay Pros technicians. A repair is considered to have failed if, within one year of the installation date, any of the following occurs under normal residential use:
- The inlay debonds, lifts, shifts, or peels from the original tub floor.
- Water penetrates beneath the inlay through the repaired area.
- The repaired floor cracks through the inlay itself.
- A soft spot we reinforced returns to a flexing, spongy state.
2. What we'll do
If your repair fails within the warranty period, contact us and we will verify the failure (photos are usually enough; in some cases we'll schedule a quick inspection). Once verified, we will reimburse the full amount you paid for the repair. At our option, and only with your agreement, we may first offer to redo the repair at no cost instead of reimbursing.
3. What this warranty does not cover
- Damage from impacts, dropped objects, abrasive or solvent-based cleaners, or misuse.
- Structural failures of the tub outside the repaired floor area (walls, rim, plumbing).
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect the seal or structure of the repair.
- Repairs modified or worked on by anyone other than Tub Inlay Pros.
- DIY kits or repairs not performed by our technicians.
4. How to make a claim
- Call (800) 555-0134 or send the details through the contact form.
- Include your name, the installation address, the approximate installation date, and photos of the issue.
- We respond within one business day and resolve verified claims promptly.
5. The details
This warranty begins on the date of installation and lasts twelve (12) months. It applies to the original customer at the original installation address and is not transferable. Reimbursement is limited to the amount actually paid to Tub Inlay Pros for the repair; it does not cover consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
